How we handle your information, the terms for using Project ACE, and how shipping and returns work for Project ACE Supply.

This policy explains what Project ACE ("we," "us") collects when you visit projectace.site, sign up for a kit, join our email list or buy from Project ACE Supply, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not see or store your full card number.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade our email list.
We use trusted service providers, including our website, forms, email and store platform (GoHighLevel), our payment processor, and our print-on-demand partner (Printful), which receives your name and shipping address to make and ship your order. They use your information only to provide their services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Project ACE, our customers or others.
We keep your information while you are on our list or a customer, and for a reasonable time afterward for records, taxes and legal purposes. When you ask us to delete it, we do, unless the law requires us to keep it.
We use reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Project ACE is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, email [email protected] and we will delete it.
If we change this policy, we post the new version here with a new effective date. If the change is significant, we tell you by email.

These terms cover your use of projectace.site, the Project ACE kits and emails, and purchases from Project ACE Supply. By using them, you agree to these terms.
Project ACE shares tools, templates, prompts and guidance for using AI as a second brain: a way to keep track of appointments, paperwork, plans and daily tasks.
The kits show you how to use third-party AI tools, which are run by other companies under their own terms and privacy policies. AI can make mistakes, so check anything important before you rely on it or send it. Do not share Social Security numbers, account numbers or other sensitive details with any AI tool.
The kits and other Project ACE materials are for your personal use. You may print them and use them for yourself and your family. Please do not resell them or republish them as your own. The Project ACE name, logo and designs belong to Project ACE.
When you sign up, you agree to receive the kits and Project ACE emails. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in any email.
Our Shipping and Returns policy below is part of these terms.
Project ACE materials are provided "as is." We work to make them helpful and accurate, but we cannot promise they will fit your situation, be error-free or produce any particular result.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Project ACE is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of our materials, the website, the store or any AI tool. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. You are responsible for decisions you make using our materials.
We may update these terms. When we do, we post the new version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use Project ACE after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Every piece from Project ACE Supply is printed just for you by our print-on-demand partner, Printful. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so your order is made after you place it. Production usually takes a few business days before it ships.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or a refund. You do not need to send the item back.
If your order has not arrived, email [email protected] no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date, and we will work with the carrier and our partner to make it right.
Because every piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the wrong size, a different color or a change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product before you order. If you are unsure, email us before you buy and we will help.
Need to cancel? Email [email protected] right away. Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled.
